How do I create a custom game?
Tap the "+" button on the main screen, enter a game name, then add photos and record voice prompts for each tile. Your toddler will hear your voice and tap the matching image!
What's included for free?
Free users get access to 6 game packs (insects, jungle animals, vegetables, fruits, basic numbers, and basic alphabet) plus the ability to create 1 custom game with up to 4 tiles.
What does Premium include?
Premium unlocks all 14 game packs, unlimited custom games, and up to 9 tiles per game. Choose monthly ($4.99/mo) or yearly ($47.99/yr).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Bright Sprouts > Cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the app, go to Unlock Premium, and tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom. This will restore your subscription using your Apple ID.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We do not collect any personal information from children. The app has no ads, no tracking, and no social features. All user-created content is stored locally on your device unless you opt into cloud sync with Premium. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Parent Controls (tap the gear icon on the main screen), and select "Delete Account". This permanently removes your account and all cloud-synced data.
